yikes. came home tonight to a broken pipe in my flat that was literally shooting water into the room. after two hours of trading off holding the spotty pipe, james and i were finally relieved when a plumber came to shut off the valve we couldn’t find. a pizza, some water-vac’ing, and a few laughs later, and i’m ready for a solid night’s sleep. thank you, james. hope you know you’re one in a million - or one in continent :)
